Thanks for visiting our online shop. We are excited to have you as our value customer. The following FAQs can help you understand more about our business.



We will process your orders within 1-3 business days. We unfortunately cannot guarantee or giving an accurate shipping time. 

** Shipping Method:  For US Domestic shipped via USPS First Class in stamped envelop (usually for sticker items), there is no tracking information. Therefore we are not responsible of any lost mail. We are not able to refund if there is any shipping disruptions.

** Shipping Method:  Standard and Express mail are included tracking infomation.

We are not shipping outside of North America at this time. We ship via USPS or UPS for USA addresses only at this time.

We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped. To avoid missing message/email sent from us, please double check your spam folder. Email filtering has become more rigorous nowadays.

Order cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped, and not accepting exchange.

Please double check the address when you place an order. Make sure it is an accurate address.

In case of missing mail, please contact your local post office and file a claim. They will help you to track and locate the package.



Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the product is opened and used. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and shop in confidence. Knowing your purchased product is fresh and has never been used by another customer. 



 If you are not satisfied, we gladly accept refund. But please contact us first.

It must be shipped back within 14 days of the date you receive the products in the original packaging. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be aware that customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Credit will applied from its original method of payment.
