Due to the pandemic and shipping carrier delays, shipments may experience delay at this time. Thank you for your patience!
We will process your orders within 1-3 business days. We unfortunately cannot guarantee or giving an accurate shipping time.
We are not shipping outside of North America at this time. We ship via USPS & UPS for USA addresses only at this time.
For small items will ship by First-Class Package Service and large order will ship by Priority Mail Service. We will send you a tracking number once your order is shipped. To avoid missing message/email sent from us, please double check your spam folder. Email filtering has become more rigorous nowadays.
Order cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped and not accepting exchange.
Please double check the address when you place an order. Make sure it is an accurate address.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the product is opened and used. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and shop in confidence. Knowing your purchased product is fresh and has never been used by another customer.
If you are not satisfied, we gladly accept refund. But please contact us first.
It must be shipped back within 14 days of the date you receive the products in the original packaging.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please be aware that customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Credit will applied from its original method of payment.
